LaJune is a Frisco, Texas photographer. Aside from her love of shooting love, belly bumps and families, she's created Know YOUR Beautiful™. LaJune is extremely transparent and finds it most rewarding when her KYB clients express their gratitude behind what they see on camera. What, no Photoshop? Absolutely not! To empower and inspire someone, they have to love what they see in the mirror. She and other professional women, mentor a group of teens, in hopes of contributing to their own self love and worth. She strives to make her teens better women for their 20s.

I am a college freshman at Prairie View A&M University. I will also soak in all the advice and information from previous graduates that will prepare me for life after high school. Being accepted into the schools CNA internship program, will give me a huge advantage for the major that I would like to pursue. I would like to make more friends with the same interests as me. From here on, my main goal is to grow and develop as whole. By doing that I need to make wiser decisions that will affect my future positively to become the most trustworthy and dependable young woman I can be.

Welcome to Know Your Beautiful! Yes it's "your" not "you're", we OWN our flaws. My name is Jade Jones and I am the Austin Team teen lead. As being the eldest of the group, I aspire to lead by example to those younger than me in our squad. Currently, I am a college freshman at the University of Texas at San Antonio! Go Roadrunners! Throughout my first year of college, I'm going to keep note of all high and low points I encounter. With these experiences I'll be able to pass them down to my squad members, making them more aware of the "real world" and what comes with it.

This coming school year, I plan to participate more in school functions and activities. I've realized high school will be coming to an end soon so I plan to make the best of it! I will strive for good grades despite how difficult junior year will be. In sports, I'm coming for a major comeback and finishing what I couldn't finish last year, due to injury. Lastly, I want to build a better relationship with God because anything can happen, and I need his help.
Lauren Bragner
Hi! My name is Lauren and I am 16 years old. I am a junior at Pflugerville High School. I enjoy an array of things such as running track and field for my school and getting involved in my school and local communities. Saying that, I revel in politics and debating in any way I can. Politics take a special place in my heart because being a young black woman, people of color and especially women of color face inequalities everyday. More people in my generation need to see what is going on in our everyday lives and I want to use my voice to reach out to my people.
My school year, I already know, is going to be hectic! I am taking all pre-AP and AP courses and I will be engaged in athletics and debate team. All of those things have there own schedules and do not want to blend together. So being organized is the key in this. Not only do I want to organized in the classroom but I want to be organized at home. As soon as I get organized I can work on getting a job and learning to drive a car!
In summary, I am a quirky gal with a sense of what's going on in the world today. Boom.

Heeeeeey y’all. I’m Marchayla. I am the definition of a firecracker. I enjoy all things fun. I looooovvveee food and clothes. I play tennis and I sing in the choir at church. I am a college freshman at Sam Houston State University. I LOVE THE LORD. And I love being apart of KYB™. It’s a great organization to be in, especially for women. You experience great things while being surrounded by other women who support you. The love you find in this group is very rare. 💕

I am a freshman at Midwestern State. I am apart of Know Your Beautiful teens. It has been a great experience, and I've gotten to create a great bond with many. The organization has taught me the true meaning of beautiful. Beauty isn't an ideal look or specific trend. Beauty is a combination of colors, shapes, and many other qualities. To be beautiful is to be yourself inside and out. I personally have fell in love with being a part of this organization, and I hope it continues to grow because everyone should "Know Your Beautiful!"

I am a 2017 high school graduate. I finished in the top 25% of my class. Now that I have graduated, I am going off to college to continue playing soccer and get my degrees. I plan on majoring in Global Public Health (aka Nursing) and minoring in Spanish. After I get my degrees, I plan to go overseas and be a bilingual travel nurse. My hobbies are lifting weights, playing soccer, and shopping. As of right now, I'm enjoying every last moments I have with my friends and family. All I know is that I wouldn't be the strong independent beautiful young woman I am becoming without them and I couldn't appreciate every single one of them enough.
